2. Account and Access

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login credentials confidential.

3. Orders and Pricing

Prices shown at checkout include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully authorized.

4. Customer Content

You confirm that uploaded models and files do not infringe third-party rights and comply with applicable law.

You remain responsible for the content you submit.

5. Delivery and Fulfillment

Delivery estimates are indicative. Actual delivery times may vary due to production load, carrier timing, or force majeure conditions.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation rights and possible fees depend on production stage. If manufacturing has started, a partial cancellation fee may apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Tulostan.fi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Service liability is limited to the paid order value.

8. Service Availability

We may modify or suspend parts of the service for maintenance, security, operational, or legal reasons.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Finnish law unless mandatory consumer protection rules state otherwise.
